How do I message my writer?

You can message your writer directly on each job page on the Draft dashboard. This is your main line of communication as we're a ghostwriting service and don't connect writers and customers off of our platform.
You can provide additional updates or check in with the writer through the messaging pane.
If your writer has any questions or needs to contact you, they'll send a message and you'll get an email notification to respond.
If either of you has trouble reaching the other, our support teams will help bridge this gap.
