ContentFly Inc d/b/a Maker AI (“Maker”) provides a AI-based content generation service through its website located at  www.maker.ai  (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it when you use the Services.

If you use the Services as an employee or representative of a business with which we have a contractual relationship, your use of the Services is governed by our agreement with your employer and this Privacy Policy does not apply.
