Referral Policy

ContentFly Inc. Referral / Rewards Policy

This Referral / Rewards Policy ("Policy") governs the ContentFly Inc. d/b/a Draft ("Company," "we," "us," "our") customer referral program ("Referral Program"). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to all customers of Draft. who are in good standing. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Referral Bonus

If you refer a new customer to Draft. through your unique referral link, and that new customer signs up for and uses our services, both you, the referrer, and the referred customer will be credited with 2,000 words in your respective Draft accounts ("Referral Bonus").

Bonus Usage

The Referral Bonus can be used towards requesting content within the platform. This bonus cannot be transferred, exchanged for any cash or money, sold or otherwise bartered.

Qualifying Actions

For the Referral Bonus to be applied, the referred customer must successfully sign up for a Draft account using your unique referral link and request content from our platform.

Refunds and Bonus Reversal

If a referred customer requests a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, the Referral Bonus will be rescinded from both parties' accounts. This is to prevent abuse of the referral program.

Limitations

The company reserves the right to limit the amount of Referral Bonuses you may receive. The company may also limit, terminate, or suspend your ability to participate in the Referral Program if we suspect any form of misconduct or abuse.

Changes to the Policy

We may, at our sole discretion, make changes to this Referral / Rewards Policy. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.

Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Draft is based (Ontario, Canada), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to this Referral / Rewards Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not participate in the Referral Program. Your continued participation in the Referral Program following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
