Affiliate Policy

1. Overview
This affiliate policy (the "Policy") governs your participation in the affiliate program of ContentFly Inc., doing business as Draft ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), which is operated in Ontario, Canada. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by this Policy.
2. Enrolment
To enrol in our affiliate program, you must complete our affiliate application and be approved by us. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote our services and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy. Any misrepresentation or inappropriate use of our brand is strictly prohibited.
4. Commission Structure
Our commission structure is based on the total sale value, including any refunds, or discounts. It will exclude taxes. Details will be provided upon acceptance into the affiliate program.
5. Refunds
If a customer referred by an affiliate requests a refund, no commission will be paid out for that transaction. We reserve the right to deduct any commission paid on a refunded sale from future commission payments.
6. Payment Terms
All commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, within 30 days of the end of the month. We reserve the right to delay commission payments for up to 60 days to ensure that all sales are valid and have not resulted in any refunds.
7. Tracking
We will provide you with tracking tools to monitor the success of your affiliate efforts. However, we cannot be held responsible for any technical issues that may prevent accurate tracking of referred sales.
8. Confidentiality
All information related to our business operations, including but not limited to customer data, business strategies, and commission rates, are considered confidential. Affiliates must not disclose any confidential information without our written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our affiliate program for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Policy. In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
10. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email and become effective immediately.
11. Governing Law
This Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
