After careful consideration and despite our best efforts, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue Draft AI. This decision was not made lightly, but after evaluating numerous factors, we believe it is the right step forward.
First and foremost, I want to extend our sincerest gratitude for your support and trust in Draft AI. Your choice to use our product has been a source of motivation for us, and we are truly thankful for the opportunity to serve you.
As part of the closure process, we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for you. Here are the key points regarding the next steps:
- We will be refunding your most recent charge in full as a token of our appreciation for your support. The refund process will begin immediately, and you should see the amount reflected in your account within the next 5-10 business days.
- Your current subscription will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred. We have taken care of this for you, so no action is required on your part.
- You will still have access to Draft AI for the first week of April. If there's anything specific you'd like to save or export, please do so before April 5th 11:59pm, EST. You may lose access to generate any new content sooner than this date. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
