Where do I check on the status of my request?
On your Draft dashboard, clicking into your requested pieces will give you details on the status of the job.

On your Draft dashboard, you can click into the relevant content piece that's either In Progress or Completed to view details of the piece.

Here you'll be able to view details such as:

  • Unique ID of the piece

  • Estimated due date

  • Details such as the length of the piece, and the brief you submitted

  • Conversations you've had with the writer via in-app messaging
