What is the Draft refund policy?

Draft offers a refund on your first 4,000 words if you aren't happy with the service.

Once you receive your initial articles back you can decide if Draft is the right service for you. If not, we'll provide a full refund.

It's our way of letting you test us out. Do note if you do request a refund, you don't retain ownership over the content piece completed for you.

Our refund policy is only applicable to the first charge. A subsequent activation would result in us debiting your word quota for what was used during the previous free trial, and you wouldn't have the ability to request a refund again.
