Do words expire?

If you are on Draft's legacy subscription-based model don't panic if you weren't able to use up all of your words in a given month! Unused words carry over from month to month.
At the end of your monthly billing cycle, any unused words will carry over to your next month's quota. If you decide to cancel your subscription, your words will expire at the end of the billing period. Alternatively, you can move to our usage based pricing model.
If you are on our usage based model already, words expire 1 year after purchase. Please contact support@draft.co for any further questions and assistance.
